The objective of the Association is to foster and promote good will, understanding and co-operation among the faculty, the students and the parents/ guardians of our students. The Association seeks to encourage and facilitate the students in their curricular and co-curricular activities. It also strives to device suitable ways and means to prevent student unrest and also to assist the College authorities in the smooth conduct of the institution. Further it is also the duty of the Association to encourage and participate in the development activities of the College
The active involvement of PTA in all activities of our college especially in the development of the infrastructure facilities is continuing for the past years. During 2007-08 PTA rendered immense help in the following areas.
The donated furniture to the seminar hall.
Provided two water purifiers for pure drinking water.
Assisted to construct the new roofing in Physics and Chemistry Departments to prevent leakage.
Supported two National Seminars in Hindi & Chemistry and one regional seminar in History.
Felicitated the toppers in University examination.
Scholarship to one student in each class on merit cum means basis.
Ladies waiting room constructed.
Sponsored talented students to participate in Kannur University Arts Festival.
